Roswell: Highway 285 to Berrendo Road: Attractions

 

Roswell doesn't look like a travel destination, does it?

Actually, tourism makes up a significant part of the city's revenue. The UFO museum along brings 220,000 visitors to the city annually.

The city is proud of its eight museums and there is a lot more to it than a UFO crash 

I'll be writing a lot about other attractions as I explore Roswell. My corner of town has the Bitter Lakes National Wildlife Refuge, a nature park that presents the Chihuahuan desert to visitors. I heartily recommend it.
